The current era is characterized by the rapidly increasing use of computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) systems in medical field. These need a variety datasets to help develop, evaluate, and compare their performances fairly. Physicians indicated that breast anatomy, especially dense ones, probability cancer tumor development, vary highly depending on race. Researchers reported risk factors are related culture society. Thus, there massive for local dataset representing our region develop evaluate automatic CAD systems. This paper presents public mammogram called King Abdulaziz University Breast Cancer Mammogram Dataset (KAU-BCMD) version 1. To knowledge, KAU-BCMD first Saudi Arabia deals with large number scans. was collected from Sheikh Mohammed Hussein Al-Amoudi Center Excellence at University. It contains 1416 cases. Each case has two views both right left breasts, resulting 5662 images based imaging reporting data system. also 205 ultrasound cases corresponding part cases, 405 as total. annotated reviewed three different radiologists. Our promising modalities grades women.
